Administrative Executive
Position Overview:
As an Administrative Executive at Sunrise Capital, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. You will assist various departments by handling scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks, all while maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and manage office activities, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and internal communications.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries.
- Office Management:
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage vendor relationships for office-related services.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Document & Records Management:
- Organize and maintain confidential records and documents.
- Process and manage invoices, contracts, and other essential paperwork for smooth business operations.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and assisting with task follow-ups.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including booking venues and handling guest communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
