Executive Personal Assistant
Position Overview:
As an Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO at Sunrise Capital, you will provide
comprehensive administrative and personal support, ensuring the CEO’s time is effectively managed and that business operations run smoothly. You will handle a variety of tasks, including managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and responding to inquiries and ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on critical business matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings.
- Communication Management:
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence and communications.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication between the CEO and the rest of the organization.
- Administrative Duties:
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate executive meetings, including booking venues, managing agendas, and ensuring follow-ups on action points.
- Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as required.
- Travel & Event Coordination:
- Organize detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for both business and personal travel.
- Plan and coordinate executive-level events and meetings.
- Personal Assistance:
- Handle personal matters for the CEO when required, including household management, personal errands, and other ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience supporting C-level executives.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required due to the nature of the role).
