Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Posting:
  ◦ Develop engaging, original content for daily updates across all social media platforms.
  ◦ Create photo and video content using basic photography and videography skills.
  ◦ Edit photos and videos to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Trend Tracking & Strategy:
  ◦ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
  ◦ Suggest and implement new strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Community Management:
  ◦ Interact with followers, respond to comments, and handle direct messages
  professionally and promptly.
  ◦ Build and maintain an engaged online community.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  ◦ Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth.
  ◦ Provide insights to optimize content and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Age Requirement: Must be between 23-26 years old.
• Experience: Prior experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
  is preferred.
• Skills & Expertise:
  ◦ Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  ◦ Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
  ◦ Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop,
  Premiere Pro).
  ◦ Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Personal Attributes:
  ◦ Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  ◦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  ◦ Organized and proactive, with the ability to meet daily posting schedules.

Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
