Sales Executive
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Sunrise Capital, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth for the company. You will represent Sunrise Capital’s portfolio of luxury real estate properties, acting as a key point of contact for potential buyers and investors. The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building client relationships in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and actively work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Conduct presentations and property tours for potential clients, showcasing Sunrise Capital’s real estate offerings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Market Research & Reporting:
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitive analysis, and new developments in the industry.
- Provide feedback to senior management on client needs, preferences, and industry insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Post-Sales Support:
- Ensure a seamless client experience by coordinating with the legal and administrative teams to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or luxury property sectors.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
